For this healthy Italian cooking recipe you are going to need 2 red peppers seeded and cut into chunks, 2 red onions cut into wedges, 2 red chili peppers seeded and diced, 3 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon superfine sugar, salt and pepper, 2 lbs tomatoes quartered, 10 ounces pasta, 10 basil leaves, and 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese.
Now that you have all your ingredients, you can get started with the preparation of the recipe. Now to make this Italian cooking recipe you are going to need to roast the vegetables and to do this you are going to have to heat the oven to 400F and then scatter all the cut up vegetables into a large roasting tin and sprinkle with some sugar and drizzle with oil. Then you want to let these roast for about fifteen minutes until they are tender.
While the vegetables are roasting you are going to want to be cooking the pasta in a large pan of salted boiling water and cook until tender. Now you want to remove the vegetables when they are done, and mix with the pasta. Tear some basil leaves and sprinkle with parmesan on top before serving.
